The Bundung Magistrates' Court, presided over by Principal Magistrate Kayode recently heard a theft case brought against one Lamin Jah.
According to the particulars of the alleged offence, the accused Lamin Jah sometime this year stole 55 sport lights, valued at D13, 750, being the property of one Muntaga Mbye.
When the charge sheet was read to him, he pleaded not guilty.
Meanwhile, he was granted court bail in the sum of D5,000, with one Gambian surety before the case was adjourned to 8th August 2009.
