Alex Edgbim alias Sir Larry on Saturday quit the bachelors' club to join a league of married men, Entertainment can reveal.
Hundreds of well-wishers, including government officials, over the weekend converged on the Anglican Church in Serekunda to lend a hand to Sir Larry as he tied the bones of his bond with Michelle Rosaline Mendy amidst wishes of joy and laughter.
The apparently elated Alex told Entertainment that marriage is God's institution and thanked Allah for making his marriage with Michelle the success that it was. The man of the moment expressed the wish that his marriage with Michelle be a union of a lifetime.
Having gone through a seven-year relationship, which was blessed with bountiful harvest of two wonderful boys, the celebrants have been planning for the uniquely joyous occasion for a relatively long time.
"We've been planning for this marriage for seven years now. Marriage is a must as every woman should have a husband," said Michelle.
