Actions to continue in WC Regional 3rd division after political deadlock

Actions are set to resume in the 2016-2017 West Coast Regional third division league this weekend after the end of the country’s recent political impasse.

The West Coast Regional third tier matches were postponed by West Coast Regional Football Association due to the just ended political deadlock.

Gunjur United and Sanyang United are first and second spots in group A of the 2016-2017 West Coast Regional third division league with maximum 3 points each in one outing following their stunning 2-0 victories over Jambanjelly United and Universal  Football Academy of Lamin village in their opening league fixtures before the postponement of the  league matches.

Sifoe United are third place in group A with maximum3 points in one game after their 1-0 win over debutants Tujereng United in the all-Kombo South derby clash.

Tujereng United, Jambanjelly United and Universal Football Academy of Lamin village are with zero points in group A after losing to Sifoe United, Gunjur United and Sanyang United in their opening league fixtures.

Berewuleng FC are with 3 points in group B of the 2016-2017 West Coast Regional third division league after their hard-fought 2-1 win over Foni Kansala District United in their opening game.

Foni Kansala District United are with zero point in group B following their 2-1 defeat to Berewuleng in their opening league fixtures.
