70-Year Old Man Dies in Fire

A 70-year old man met his death while warming himself by a fire, this Paper has been reliably informed.

Last Friday Lang Hawa Saidy of Sandeng village in Kiang West, Lower River Region, was said to be warming himself by a fire in his house when the fire reportedly caught on his clothing and spread to other parts of his body then to his thatched house.

He was reportedly rushed to the Sulayman Junkung Jammeh Hospital in Bwiam where he passed away shortly after.

The Late Lang Hawa Saidy was laid to rest on Sunday in Sandeng.
