Katim Ceesay resumed on The two accused were first arraigned on To prove his case, Sub-Inspector Fadera called his second witness, Sulayman Camara, to testify. In his testimony, the witness told the court that on He further stated that the first accused went with them to the cashier and paid for the bags of cement. He narrated that the cashier gave the complainant a receipt and also issued another receipt to the first accused. He went on to say that the first accused promised that he would deliver the bags of cement at the complainant's residence at Farato on the very day that the bags were bought or the following day. He continued to say that the complainant waited for the first accused to deliver the bags of cement but never turned up. He indicated that the complainant went back to GACEM to look for the first accused buthe could not be found. He adduced that he himself went to GACEM after he was called by the complainant who informed him that the first accused could not be found. He said he went round to look for the first accused but could not find him. He finally stated that he went to the Kanifing Estate Police station and recorded his statement.
