Sanyang Theft Case Adjourned

The trial of one Saika Jallow could not proceed recently at the Brikama Magistrates' Court as the accused was absent from court.

The case was then adjourned until 8th August 2008 for continuation of hearing.

It could be recalled that the accused Saika Jallow was in April 2008 at Sanyang village Kombo South alleged to have stolen one pedal bicycle valued at D1300, being the property of one Pap Nyang.

He denied the charge.
