Oley Sey to Reappear in Court Today

Oley Sey, the embattled former nominated National Assembly Member and Abdou Rahman Bah head teacher of Sulayman Junkung Jammeh Nursery at Abuko are expected to reappear in court today.

Both of them had appeared before the Banjul Magistrates' Court presided over by Magistrate Lamin George on charges of conspiracy to commit a felony and stealing. They had since denied the charges.

On count one, the accused persons on 29th July 2008 in the city of Banjul and diverse places conspired together and stole the sum of D500,000 being the money meant for the Sulayman Junkung Jammeh Nursery at Abuko.
