Banjul Super Cup Final SundayFriday, August 01, 2008
The Banjul Sports Committee 2008 Nawettan super cup final sponsored by the Lord mayor of Banjul between Digi Dambi and Elminite is slated for Sunday 3rdAugust 2008, at the KG5 Mini Stadium in Banjul at 5pm. Digi Dambi, League Champions and Knock out winners Elminite will clash in the super cup final marking the opening of the 2008 Banjul Nawettan season. Speaking to Pointsports, The Secretary General of the Banjul Sports Committee, Mr. Ebou Faye, said "the winner of Sunday's final will receive D4, 000 while D3,000 awaits the runners up. He added that the group matches will commence on Monday 4th August 2008, between Young Lions and Macdonald Utd in group C at the KG5.Author: By Ebou Manneh
