Cocaine Case Adjourned

The trial of two Nigerian nationals, Samuel Nwaiwo and Clement Ifeany Obiorah, who were charged with possession of prohibited drugs, could not proceed yesterday at the Brikama Magistrates Court.

The case, which was scheduled for continuation, could not proceed as the defence counsel did not appear.

In another related development, the trial of Muhammed Kondeh who was also charged with possession of prohibited drugs could not proceed, as the state counsel did not make an appearance.

Both cases have been adjourned to 17th July.
