Week sixteen of The Gambia Football Association Second Division will resume today featuring a very interesting and decisive match between potential league winners and second position holders Talinding United who take on Jambanjelly.
A tough fixture also awaits the top three teams vying for the championship. Brikama United have 26 points, Talinding have 25 and Serrekunda East have 24 points. All are engaged in a drive to emerge as second division league champions and gain promotion to the first division.
A win for either side will keep them in the race but losing will end their hopes of going through to the premier league next season with two more weeks to go.
Despite leading, the table by a single point, Brikama have a very tough game against Kaira Silo on Sunday.
