Man Remanded on Bail

The Bundung Magistrates' Court recently granted court bail to one Modou Touray in the sum of D80, 000 with one Gambian as surety who must meet the bail condition.

Mr Touray was arraigned before Magistrate Kumba Sillah-Camara on a charge of threatening violence to murder one Lamin Touray.

According to the charge sheet, Modou Touray had on 19th June this year at Sukuta threatened to murder one Lamin Touray with a cutlass, a charge he denied.

He is expected back in court soon.
