The Kanifing Magistrates' Court will sometime next week kick-start trial proceedings in an alleged theft case revolving around D65.
One Cherno Yunusa Jallow will be tried on suspicion of stealing D65 from the shop of one Abdou Rahman Sowe of Latrikunda German.
Sowe pleaded not guilty to the charge and was given D200 bail in the like sum. He must also produce a Gambian as surety.
The case is expected to resume on 10 July 2008.
