Alleged NTC Suspects in Court

Five suspects who allegedly broke into the NTC stores, were recently arraigned at the Banjul Magistrates' Court presided over by Magistrate Kayode, charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, stealing and burglary. 

The five suspects are Bangally Konneh, Momodou Kujabi , Tunkang sanneh ,Assana Krubally and Assan Jobe.

The suspects had allegedly conspired and broken into one of Sonatex Enterprise stores situated at the NTC complex in Banjul and therein stole 71 bales of Bazin cloth and 43 bales of embroidery all valued at D1,330,000 being the property of Sonatex Enterprise.

All five suspects denied the allegation before being granted court bail in the sum of D100,000 each.
