Robbery Suspect in CourtMonday, July 14, 2008 Newton
Nete, a robbery suspect, was recently arraigned before Magistrate Kumba
Sillah-Camara of the Bundung Magistrates' Court, where he vehemently denied the
allegation.
The particulars of the offence revealed that the accused Newton Nete sometime in May this year robbed one Susan Pascal by beating him with an iron bar on his head thereby causing him serious bodily harm.
