Mambury Njie Recalled from UAE

According to informed sources, Mr Mambury Njie, Gambia's Ambassador to United Arab Emirates (UAE), has been recalled.
The reason for the recall of Mr Njie, who was appointed last February, has not been disclosed to this paper.

A trained economist and International Affairs specialist, Mr. Njie has a wealth of experience in public sector reform, country portfolio, management development and maintenance of public institutions.

Mr. Njie formerly served as Secretary General and Head of the Civil Service.
