Coach Put Commends GFA

Following the good performances of the Gambian Senior National team under the guidance of the Belgian born Coach Paul Put, both players and the coaching staff thanked the GFA especially the first vice president Major General Lang Tombong Tamba, the support he has been giving them.

Speaking to the head coach of the senior national team before the team left for Dakar, Senegal, to join their flight to Algeria, coach Paul Put has told this reporter that " I am not happy because there are some people that don't want to see the success of The Gambia, and they don't want the Gambia to progress and I am not happy with that." He said that he is happy that the Federation is helping him.
