Senior National Team Commence Training

The senior national team, the Scorpions, started training yesterday under the guidance of their new coach Paul Put at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.

A list of sixteen locally based players was released by the FA and where expected in training last evening.

23 foreign based players have been called by FA for the encounter. These are ; Musa  Bajaha, Lamin Conateh, Abdoulie Corr, Abdou Jammeh, Pa Saikou Kujabi, Yunkuba Ceesay, Matthew Mendy, Mustapha  Jajue, Dawda Bah Demba Savage, Ebrima Sohna, Tijan Jaiteh, Edrissa Sonko, Ebou Sillah , Abdoulie Mansally , PaModou Jagne, Njogu Demba , Mustapha K Ndow, Assan Jatta, Ousman  Jallow, Ebrima Sawaneh ,Pa Ousman Sonko and Aziz Corr Nyang.

With less than 10 days to go before the Scorpions encounter with the Lone Stars in Monrovia , Coach Paul Put is poised to build up a formidable team that will excel in the qualifiers.
