Man Remanded

The Bundung Magistrates’ Court recently issued an order for the placing under police custody of one Kabba Suwareh as he awaits trial on suspicion of being found in possession of illegal drugs.

Kabba’s case will now go to trial after being formally charged with possession of 420g of marijuana.

Elsewhere at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court in Western Region, one Amara Keita and Juba Colley have been charged for being found in possession of various quantities of drugs. Amara was charged for being found in possession of 4kg and 700g of cannabis whilst Juba will be tried for allegedly being arrested with 12kg and 40g of marijuana.
