Justice Looms at Last in Fajara Murder CaseMonday, April 21, 2008 After almost three years in remand custody, the suspect in
the Fajara murder case has been taken before the court for the expected
determination of justice. The accused, Muhammed Singhateh, was on Tuesday arraigned before Justice Yemoa of the Banjul High Court. Mr Singhateh was alleged to have caused the death of one Momodou Saidybah on 13thDecember 2005 by beating.
