Gikock Football Academy holds Family Fun and Talent Event

Gikock Football Academy of Brufut Branch held its family fun and talent event at Brufut Lower Basic School football field.

The family fun and talent event with the theme  "Football and Community" was celebrated in the form of football matches.

Alhagie Yunus Sano, Alkalo of Brufut, in his remarks stated that the family fun event would foster unity among the youth of Brufut.

He revealed that the he would allocate a piece of land to be used as football field by the young people of Brufut.

Baboucarr Jawara, President of Brufut Youths and Sports Development Committee, said Gilcock Football Academy has contributed immensely to the development of football in Brufut.

He commended the staff of the Academy for their dedication, commitment and hard work.

For his part the Public Relations Officer of Gilkock Academy said the money gained from the fun and talent event would be given to the lower basic schools and health centre of Brufut.

He expressed their readiness in training and preparing young talented players for Brufut, its environs and the country.
