Two PE Teachers Returns From Dakar

Abdourahman Sey and Lamin Jawara, both from the Primary School Sports Association, recently returned from Dakar where they attended a regional kid athletics course for schools.

According to the Secretary General of The Gambia Athletics Association (GAA), Dodou Joof alias CAPI, the course was meant for physical education teachers in Africa noting that 12 countries attended the training course and that the participation of the Gambian participants was facilitated by his association.

He said now the teachers are expected to impart the knowledge gained to the kids in school.
