Two British philanthropists Dr Anna Coxon, a consultant and Neurologist at HarleyStreetHospital in the UK, and Ms Zahra Quessel, of Healing Hearts a UK based charitable Organisation, recently donated medical item to the management of RVTH at a ceremony held at the hospital as part of their annual support to the hospital. The donation was made through Alhagie Babucarr Ngum public relations officer of the RoyalVictoriaHospital
Among the items donated were 11 cartons of non woven swabs, 6 cartons of surgical gloves, 4 cartons of latex examination gloves, 70 white coats and 200 vials of insulin among other items.
Speaking at the presentation ceremony, Alh. Babucarr Ngum thanked the donors for the good gesture noting that the two organisations have always been supportive to the RVTH and urged others to emulate them.
