Two of the four men, who were arrested and subsequently charged with the murder of a 56-year-old Ivorian lady, were on Tuesday discharged by the Bundung Magistrates' Court.
Mayombe Samuel and one Pascal were earlier on charged alongside two others for killing one Wodjie Opouque in her dwelling house in Brusubi. The two others were still at large as we go to press.
However, the case could not proceed since its mention owing to lack of a French interpreter. On the resumption of the matter on Tuesday, State Counsel, Emmanuel Kear, told the court that the AG's Chambers have issued an advice for the case against the two to be discontinued.
One of the suspects was represented by counsel Kebba Sanyang.
