The criminal Division of the Banjul High Court yesterday remanded in to custody five suspects at the mile II State Central Prison for alleged robbery offence.
The suspects are Amadou Bailo Camara, Mankamang Sanneh, Mamadi Darboe both civilians, and Sergeant Bala Musa Saidy and Sergeant Modou Lamin Bah Military Police Officers.
According to the trial Judge, Justice Joseph Wowo since there was no court interpreter, the court would remand the accused persons until the next adjourned date when their plea would be taken.
Lawyer Martin represented the 1st accused, while the State Couusel Marley Wood represented the State.
