Maroun Supermarket had instituted a legal action against one Cyros Cillar for failure to pay food items and goods supplied to him.
The plaintiff Maroun Supermarket is seeking court redress to recover the sum of D15, 080, being the cost of various food products or goods supplied to the defendant, Cyros Cillar, which he refused to pay.
The plaintiff also asked for cost and interest.
