Future for The Gambia Donate Sporting Materials

Future for The Gambia yesterday donated sporting Materials to Western Region.

The items include track suites, jerseys, football bags, traffic jackets and inspector uniform shirts.

According to Lamin King Colley, Divisional sports Chairman for Western Region, the items came about following a discussion he had with the group last weekend in Kartong on the need to render assistance pertaining to youth and sports development in The Gambia.

He expressed appreciation to the group for keeping their promise by making a surprise donation of the sporting materials at his office.

He said, "The materials will be given to Western Region and will be included as part of the Western Region annual presentation of sporting materials".

He urged the donors to continue their support towards youths and sports development in the country.

The uniforms and traffic jackets were presented by Lamin King Colley to the OC Colley of Western
Region.

In receiving the items, OC Colley said the materials came at a time when it was needed most and commended the donors for their kind gesture.
