According to an eyewitness, after people learnt of Yankuba Touray’s refusal to testify before the Commission, they felt angry and hurriedly left for the premises of TRRC.

It was reported that many gathered at the façade of the premises holding stones and sticks amongst others waiting for the exit of Yankuba Touray.

Upon arrival of the vehicle carrying, Mr. Touray entered the station as the irate crowd stormed the station throwing stones and other harmful materials into the station.

However, the angry crowd was put under control after the Police Intervention dispersed them with tear gas.
