The Bundung Magistrates' Court last Friday delivered judgement against one Madam Nani Baba who was dragged to court by one Fansainey Nyabally for receiving D21, 000 for the purpose of making tie-dye materials for her, but that the defendant failed to perform the work as agreed, and did not return the money. According to the Particulars of Claim, on the 18th September 2008 at Latrikunda, the plaintiff Fansainey Nyabally bought certain fabrics which she then took to the defendant for sewing. The Defendant failed to perform the contract even though he had received D21, 000 from the plaintiff.

She was ordered to repay the said amount including cost of D500.

The case was presided over by Magistrate B.O Jobe.
