Coast Regional third division league clubs Tujereng United and Gambia Aviation
Authority/Gambia International Airlines (GCAA/GIA) are both flying high in the
ongoing Gambia Football Federation (GFF) FF cup competition after eliminating
teams in the first and second division leagues.
The Tujereng-based team thumped second division league club Bombada 2-0 at Box Mini Stadium in Brikama on Tuesday and they will now prepare to win their next match to advance to the quarterfinal as well as boosting their dreams of lifting their first-ever FF cup title.
The Airlines boys beat first division league side Brikama United 6-5 on penalties following their goalless draw in the regular time. They will be ambitious to progress in the FF cup competition following their stunning victories over Bombada and Brikama United.
