West
Coast Regional Football Association has released groupings and fixtures for the
2016-2017 West Coast Regional third division league after the completion of the
qualifiers recently.
The
draw for the league season is as follows:
Group
A comprises 2015-2016 West Coast
Regional third division league runners-up Gunjur, Sifoe, Jambanjelly, Tujereng,
Tanji, Sanyang, Nema Youths Sanchaba Sulay Jobe Football Academy, and Jabang.
Group
B consists of NAWEC, KGH Sports, Busumbala Sanjonding, Greater Tomorrow, Misera
United, Berewuleng, University of The Gambia, Kombo Kerewan and Foni Kansala
District United.
As
part of the week-one fixtures of the 2016-2017 West Coast Regional third
division league, on Friday 13 January 2016 Misera will host NAWEC at the
Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium, and Foni Kansala will welcome Berewuleng at the
Bwiam Football Field.
Elsewhere,
Kombo Kerewan will meet Busumbala Sanjonding at the Kombo Kerewan Football
Field on the same day.
On
Saturday 14 January 2017, Gunjur United will host Jambanjelly United in the
all-Kombo South derby clash at the Gunjur Nyamina Football Field.
Sifoe
United will welcome Tujereng United in the other Kombo South derby fixtures at
the Sifoe Football Field.
Elsewhere,
Tanji will rub shoulders with Sanchaba Sulay Jobe Football Academy at the Tanji
Football Field on the same day.
On
Sunday 15 January 2017, Nema Youths will take on Sanyang United at the Dembadou
Mini Stadium in Sukuta.
Elsewhere,
University of The Gambia will play against Greater Tomorrow at the Brikama Box
Bar Mini Stadium to complete week-one fixtures.
