Wallidan, Sporting Real set early pace in domestic leagues

Wallidan and Sporting Real have both set early place in the 2018-2019 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) domestic division one and two leagues following their eye-watching performance in their respective competitions.

The blue boys Wallidan are currently leading the country’s premier league table with 10 after winning three matches and drew one. They are also unbeaten in four league matches in the top flight with a game in hand against defending champions Gamtel.

The blue boys will be eyeing to slash telecommunication giants Gamtel in their rescheduled match next week to salvage their lead in the top tier league.

Real de Banjul feeder team are currently leading the race in the second tier with 12 points in four matches with a game in hand against Brufut United on Tuesday.

Sporting Real will be expecting to maintain their stunning form in the second division league.
