Today's Editor Faces False Publication Charges

According to sources the Publisher and Managing Editor of Today Newspaper, Mr. AbdulHamid Adiamoh has been charged with false publication and broadcasting.

Mr. Adiamoh was arrested on Wednesday 10 June 2009, following his paper's publication that Ismaila Sambou, the Minister of Local Government and Lands and Marie Saine-Firdaus, Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, were among the list of those who were given the sack in the recent Cabinet shake-up.
