striker Mamadi Ngum over the weekend scored a brace to guide his Lebanese
Premier League side Bekaa Sport Club to their first win.
The 20-year-old finisher who joined Bekaa from local side Real de Banjul last month, scored twice for the relegation-threatened side at home to Tadamon Sour to hand them their first victory after fourteen matches.
The result elevated Bekaa up from the bottom of the table with two points behind Al-Safa’ Beirut SC in safety with eight matches to spare. The match was Ngum’s third for Bekaa, earning 270 minutes in the process.
