Steve Trawally scores in Al-Shabab first preseason match

Gambian international attacker, Bubacarr Steve Trawally has scored for his Saudi Arabian club Al-Shabab during their first preseason win against Al Mujazzal. He scored his side-opening goal after heading in a cross from the left wing. 

The striker, who scored three goals in 11 matches in the Saudi Pro League last season with Al Shabab is looking forward to a bright season with the Saudi-based top flight team as he start the preseason with them.

Trawally left Chinese side Guizhou Hengfeng after he was loaned by his parent club Vejle Boldklub in 2018 and moved to Saudi Arabian league in the second half of last season in 2019.

The former Real de Banjul player with fantastic sting in the Chinese league with Yanbian Changbaishan and Yanbian Dunde became a professional player in 2015 after signing for Chinese side Hangzhou Greentown. He and his capital-based club Al Shabab travelled to Germany over the weekend to continue their preseason ahead of their new Saudi Pro League season.
