Division league leaders Sporting Real, Friday suffered another defeat in the
hands of Latrikunda United after a 1-0 scoreline in a game played at the
Serrekunda East mini stadium.

This is the second time of Sporting Real conceding defeat, after their defeat in their game against Lions of Banjul.
Sporting Real’s head coach Saihou Manjang said their defeat was caused by injuries and fatigue from his side. “We lost two games because of injuries and fatigue from my side. Most of our key players are injured and some are tired,” he said.
Fondly call Mourinho, coach Manjang praised his players for making a good performance despite losing, noting that they will go back to their training to improve on their mistakes for subsequent games
But Latrikunda United’s assistant coach Alagie Omar Beka said they have rectified their mistakes at the training ground which is why they made two consecutive wins. “We have always been showing good performance but winning has always been our problem. But we have now worked on that and we have started winning our games, starting with Steve Biko,” he said.
Latrikunda United, who have their head coach suspended will now face Serrekunda East Bi, while Sporting Real will travel to Jarra Soma to face Kiang West
