Benghazi FC will battle it out with Dragonz FC in the 3pm clash of Saturday 29 November 2014, while Old Hands FC will face Ceesay Garage FC in the 5pm encounter of the same day. In the 3pm encounter to be played at the Fajara football ground on Sunday 30 November 2014, Jara FC will take on Lemong Bi FC while Sidas FC will entertain Saudi FC in the 5pm game of the same day.
Meanwhile, Group A comprises Nac City, Sisasea FC, Benghazi FC and Dragonz FC. Group B features Bayern Medics, Ceesay Garage, Old Hands and Bob Marley.
Group C is made up of Jara FC, Afra Bi, Lemong Bi and Chak Chak while Dam Jah, DBC, Sidas FC AND Saudi forms Group D.
