The country’s two heavy-weights Real De Banjul and Wallidan Sunday shared spoils in the 2018-2019 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) domestic division one league following their goalless draw in the week-seven fixture played at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium.

The Blue boys are topping the league with 11 points before clashing with bitter-rivals Real De Banjul, who are third-place with 9 points.

The City and Blue boys both came for the maximum points to improve their league title winning aspirations alive but the match failed to produce a winner and shared the spoils.

Wallidan are still leading the table with 12 points after seven league matches and Real De Banjul second with 10 in seven league games.

Tallinding United defeated Marimoo 1-0 at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium on the same day while Tallinding United and Marimoo are both with 8 points each in seven league outings.
