President Barry to step down as 1st VP as Bai Dodou Jallow opt for Volleyball Presidency

After leading and making volleyball one of Gambia’s most visible sport and the most emerging national federations in Africa, president of Gambia Volleyball Federation Yunusa Barry will not run for re-election in December 29th volleyball congress and has declared his full support to Mr. Bai Dodou Jallow.

Bai Dodou Jallow who served as 1st vice president under Barry will contest for volleyball’s highest office following his nomination by Gamtel/Gamcel and Gambia Armed Forces volleyball clubs respectively and gather support from all the affiliated clubs.

The Volleyball Congress will be held on December 29th 2018 and the full list of executive under Mr Jallow will be announce soon.
