Patrick Sylva makes debut game for Paide

Gambian forwarder, Patrick Sylva has made his debut game for his new Estonian top flight team, Paide Linnameeskond during their 5-0 thumping over Maardu in their week twenty-fifth fixtures of the Estonain Meistriliiga played at Paide Linnastaadion on Sunday.

Andre Frolov opened the scoring for Paide in early 2nd minute before Henri Valja scored his brace in the 15th and 40th minutes. Karl Mool and Kristofer Piht completed the goal festival after both scoring in the 47th and 90th minutes respectively.

The 18-year-old Gambian, who joined Paide Linnameeskond on Thursday after signing a two-and-a-half-contract came in as a substitute on his debut game after replacing Edgar Tur in the 74th minute.

The former Fortune FC striker who now make his professional game for his new club Paide is seen as a replacement for Alassana Jatta as he has been given his number 7 jersey. Last season, he guided Fortune FC to a 12th position after scoring seven goals.

This win has moved Paide Linnameeskond third position in the Estonian Meistriliiga with 52 points while Maardu is tenth position with 15 points after twenty-five matches.
