Founder and chief executive officer of PaJa’s Foundation for Children says his foundation will remain committed to improving the plight of vulnerable children in society.

During an interview with our reporter at his office at Kotu, Pa Modou Jah said since last year, the foundation has donated several useful materials to the Children’s ward of the Royal Victoria Teaching Hospital in Banjul. “On my birthday on May 9, I will be visiting the Bakau Health center, Serrekunda Hospital and SOS Childrens’ village to give out some toys, diapers, milk, water.”

Mr. Jah said their vision is caring for children with a mission to respect, love, care, support and grow the path to become their best selves.

The Men’s wear designer of the year award winner at the recent Fashion Award Night said they have committed themselves and colleagues to set high goals in supporting Gambian children.

“We are committed to improving quality in everything we do for children. My foundation will continue to inform communities about our activities to strengthen our work for children at risk. These are all geared toward providing ways for the communities to respond to current and future plight of children.”

With the required resources, Jah expressed his foundation’s resolve to support family heads in need, orphans, children with disabilities, relatives and families of HIV/AIDS affected children, street children and youth. “We believe that every child deserves love as we were all born to thrive.”
