captain Pa Modou Jagne has bid farewell message to his teammates and FC Zürich
board after the end of the Swiss top flight league season.
The 29-year-old has been told he can leave the club after failing to renew his contract.
Jagne joined FC Zurich from Sion in 2017 on a two-year contract which expire at the end of the season. The former Gambia Ports Authority defender and Swizz finished seventh position with 44 points.
“My journey with FC Zurich has come to an end and I would like to thank the fans for their support and always making me feel that I belong to this club since the start of the journey two years ago. As I move on the next chapter in my career, I will take along some good memories and I will always have FC Zurich in my heart.”
