Italian Serie A side Atalanta’s 4-1 win over the newly promoted English Premier
League side, Norwich City played at Carrow Road Stadium on Tuesday.
The 24-year-old Gambian striker wrapped up the goal-scoring festival for Atalanta in stoppage time of the second half after coming in as a substitute in the 73rd minute.
Atalanta, fought back from a goal down in the 16th minute after Norwich City took the lead through Cantwell’s fine finisher in the 16th minute but the Italian outfit came from behind through Luis Muriel’s brace in the 45th and 62nd minutes and Mario Pasalic’s goal in the 85th minute.
Barrow, who is now proven to be a striker that Atalanta can rely on ahead of the new season, has now banged three goals in Atalanta’s preseason games after scoring a brace during their 6-0 win against Renate last weekend.
Musa Barrow alias Printo was a second fiddle to Columbian striker, Zapata during last season’s campaign will be looking forward to make a tight competition with Zapata.
Barrow and his Atalanta side will next face Leicester City on Friday as they continue with their preseason tour in England.
