Sports PR, a Gambian football management company has confirmed its invitation
to a four-day scouting event in the Ghanaian capital, Accra.
The sports company, which negotiated and arranged trials for several Gambian players this year, revealed that it has been invited by its agent partner, Papa Agyemang, CEO of IMANI SEM to the event called “Densu Talent Search,” an annual youth football event which showcases some of the brightest Under-20 talents in the region.
This year’s event is scheduled for 24th - 28th September and will bring together clubs from Ghana Premier League, Division One & Two clubs with a proven track record of developing talents for foreign football markets; have been specially selected to participate in the four day event.
Modou Lamin Beyai, CEO of Modoustic Sports PR, has also confirmed to The Point Sports that plans are underway to take a football club from The Gambia to the event in Accra.
“This event in Accra is a big one and my partner is a top agent who has had success stories in such. The scouting tournament will give youngsters the opportunity to turn professional as agents and sporting directors from clubs abroad will be present,” Beyai said.
Papa Agyemang, chief executive officer of IMANI SEM said he has seen incremental rise in the African market every season and that shows no sign of slowing, adding that this is the best time for a professionally organised talent identification showcase on African soil.
This showcase will give the next generation of African talent a fantastic platform, he stated.

He finally said that the event is supported by Perfect Element with offices in Holland and Croatia and SBE Management with offices in Switzerland, France, Germany and Austria.
