Lotto Gaming employment increases

Lotto Gaming Gambia limited have celebrated their one year of operation in The Gambia and marketing manager Khady Mbinko Jammeh said since the card gaming company hit the country’s gaming industry last year, it has significantly increased youth employment.

The gaming company recently presented over D220, 220 to Malick Kah, a Senegalese petty trader in the country as one of their winners.

Lottery sales are significantly influenced by socio-economic characteristics of the population. The lotto gaming system is a unique gambling costing only a small amount of money for a chance to hit a large jackpot. Even though the odds are extremely long, the huge jackpot is the main selling feature. Rollover jackpots spur ticket sales as more people buy tickets and the jackpot grows.

Mrs. Jammeh explained that since their start of operation in the country, the company has helped in transforming the lives of many young people. “Lotto gaming has helped in sport, health and education. “We offered 200 scholarships to lower basic school pupils and sponsored 12 police officers to pursue courses at the University of The Gambia.” 

She said they also have strict restrictions for people below 18 years to participate in the gaming, adding they have different types of gaming ranging from casino luck six, football betting, and horse racing jack pots.
