Lotto gaming boss: We’re not only a profit making company

Chief executive officer of Lotto Gaming has said that his company’s existence in the country is not only to make profit but they are effectively contributing in complementing government efforts  in national development through cooperate social responsibilities.

Alhagie Ngum said the company is today the fastest young growing Gambian company, saying since the inception of the Company, it has being very law-abiding in honoring its obligation to the state, while assuring that they will continue to respect the law of the land by paying their obligation as required by law.

Mr. Ngum told our reporter at his West Field office that, one of their major pride within the last two years is that the Company has never being found wanting of illegal activities and   never been accused of dishonesty by their customers.

He also stated that over the past two years, they have been providing support and scholarship to security and vulnerable people in the society, paying schools fees for children, supporting health facilities, disable people and individual for overseas treatment.

He said all these are geared towards contributing their quota in complementing government development agenda through cooperate social responsibility. “Since the inception of Lotto Gaming Company, it has employed over three hundred youth across the country,” he said and stressed that one of their major objectives is to reducing unemployment and driving poverty out of The Gambia.

According to Mr. Ngum, he pioneered the company in 2017 and since then it has been a close partner of the government in the socio-economic development of the nation.
