and Plymouth Banjul Challenge Wednesday supported three Gambian football teams;
Young Africans, Hunters FC of Jeshwang and Farimang FC of Latrikunda German
with complete sets of jerseys.
Speaking at the presentation held at the Independence Stadium boardroom, Kitaid director for Gambia and Senegal George Gomez explained that they are entitled to a supply every three months but they have now arranged for every six months collection.
He called on teams to make good use of the materials, saying they are not by all means perfect but will at least support them.
Alpha Jallow, head coach of Hunters FC thanked donors for the generosity, saying in The Gambia, jerseys are very expensive.
He noted that a lot of Gambian youth are passionate about football and they called on donors to keep supporting Gambian football clubs.
