Kebba Badjie inspires Bremen II win over Heider SV

Gambian international striker, Kebba Badjie has inspired SV Werder Bremen II side after scoring the only goal during their 1-0 away win over Heider SV in the week-three fixtures of the Germany Regionalliga (Fourth Division League) played on Wednesday.

The 19-year-old scored his side only goal in the 49th minute of the second extending his side unbeaten run after playing three games in the Germany fourth division league.

The Gambia-born striker, who signed for Werder Bremen under 23 team after leaving VFL Oldenburg, has opened his scoring account for the Werder Bremen reverse side.

Kebba scored nine goals in 20 regional league games for VFL Oldenburg before moving to Bremen in May 2019.

Werder Bremen under 23 team are currently third position in the Germany Regionalliga (Fourth Division League) with 7 points, while Heider SV who are to claim any point in the league sitting first on the bottom table with no point after playing three matches.

Kebba Badjie and his Bremen team will next play on Sunday against Holstein in the week-four fixtures of the Germany Regionalliga (Fourth Division League).
