Immigration secures 1st points in GFF 2nd Tier

Newly-promoted Immigration have snatched their first points of the 2014-2015 Gambia Football Federation second division league, following their 2-2 draw with Lamin United in the week four fixtures played at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium.

Blue Star beat Young Africans 1-0 at the Serrekunda West Mini Stadium, while Steve Biko also beat Serrekunda East Bi 1-0 at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium.

Talliinding United defeated KGI on the same score line at the Father Gough Sports Complex in Manjai Kunda, to clinch their first victory in the second tier.

Samger drew goalless with Seaview at the Father Gough Sports Complex in Manjai to boost their hopes of regaining promotion to the top flight next season, following their shock relegation to the second tier after a dismal performance in the premier tier last season.

Steve Biko are still leading the race with maximum 12 points in four games, Samger are second with 10 points, Seaview are third with 8 points in four games,Young Africans are with 6 points in four games and Blue Star with 5 points in four games.
