Immigration languishing in 2nd Division

The newly-promoted side Immigration is still languishing bottom-place in the 2017-2018 Gambia Football Federation second division, after their 2-1 defeat to Red Hawks in the week-five fixture played at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium.

The Security outfit had only 2 points before their week-five fixture with Red Hawks, who has snatched 5 points.

The young red devils secured the victory, after notching two goals to register their second win in the second tier.

Immigration managed to score only one, which eventually proved to be a consolation goal for them.

 The defeat was their third defeat in the second tier and can boast of only 2 points, after five league matches.

Red Hawks has bagged 8 points, after five league matches.

Elsewhere, Lions of Banjul drew 1-1 with Kexx United at the Independence Stadium in Bakau on the same day.

Lions of Banjul have only 2 points, after five league matches while Kexx United have 11 points to their name in five league fixtures.

In the other scores, Wallidan beat Young Africans 2-1.

Wallidan has 10 points, after five league matches and Young Africans have 8 points in five league matches.
