Former Real De Banjul player Haruna Jabang
alias Ron has signed a two year contract with the country’s top flight side Tallinding
United from Liberian premier league club LISCR FC for undisclosed fee on
Jabang started his football career with Tallinding United before joining Real De Banjul, who won the 2014 first division league title.
He later joined compatriot coach Tapha Manneh’s at LISCR FC in Liberian top tier before returning to the country to rejoined his former club Tallinding United.
Speaking during his official unveiling ceremony held at the club’s house in Tallinding Jabang said he was very glad to return to the club where he started his career, adding that he would aid young players and club to move forward.
He revealed that he re-joined Tallinding United because he was not playing league football for one year in Liberia due to conflict in the country’s football association. “I will like to thank the management, fans and everyone connected to Tallinding United for recognising my talent and giving me the opportunity to come back to the club that I love most’’Jabang said.
